Hello, I’m Craig Galvin, a Health and Wellness blogger from Massachusetts. I recently started blogging and I am beginning my own journey into better health.

I visit different grocery stores, online retail and wholesale locations to find healthier alternatives to all the foods that we grown to love.

During my research, I've discovered too many of the foods that we love just don't contain allot of healthy ingredients. In fact some of these ingredients can be harmful to our bodies and what has most likely caused us to develop a majority of our current health problems.

If we all just slowed down and took a moment to read the ingredients on the back of any product we are about put into our bodies. We would notice that most of these ingredients not only sound very unhealthy but we probably can’t even pronounce them either.  So if you can’t even define these ingredients, then you truly have no idea what you’re consuming and that is the most dangerous part. So if you want to learn more about what’s in your food, get tips and tricks  on how to still enjoy your favorite foods.
